Responsibility
-Supervise current customer management and new projects development.
-Keep and enlarge delivery shares of current customers. Ensure to contact regularly with both current and prospective customers being maintained and resentful in appropriate level of relationship
-Marketing investigation and analysis, development planning.
-Marketing/competitors analysis and make out sales planning
-Carry out long range plan, finish annual sales forecast and supervise the operation.
-Follow up and supervise new product /new project developing
-Dealing with customer complaint/Warranty and work out improvement plan
-Contract review; customer survey and work with related dept. on the correction plan
-Participate and organize where necessary in periodic selling price reviews;Supervise the calculation and maintenance of material, inflation, and exchange rate fluctuations
-Payment Collection and consignment stock control
-Other assignment from the department manager
-Directly report to sales manager
Requirements
College graduate or above, technical/engineering background will be preferred.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in a tier one supplier environment.
Result-oriented.
Willing to travel.
