Casco Schoeller GmbH, located in Frankfurt, Germany, is the global headquarters of Casco Automotive Group.  Originally founded in 1898 and formerly known as Schoeller & Co. GmbH, the company was acquired by the Casco Group in 1999.  In 2014, Casco Automotive Group was acquired by Amphenol Corporation as part of their automotive division to help expand their electronics segment and compliment their current product offerings.
